If you're currently in a partnership or have been thinking of bringing on a partner in your wedding business, you'll love today's podcast episode.

My guest today is Kayla McCaul from CK Events. Kayla is one half of a wedding planning and design business along with her partner, Chelsea.

Today we dig into the logistics of her partnership, how they work together, what they do when conflict arises and how they balance it all with their families and lives!

Here's a bit more about Kayla in her own words:

I am the “K” - Hooray! I always knew that I wanted to own my own business but I was not sure what that meant until I was introduced to the industry by Chels.

Once we started working weddings together, it was something that felt so natural and I felt like I should have been doing this all along. I love so many different aspects of our business, I love working with our clients, I love creating and designing their events, and I love the friends we have made in this industry.

My number one passion in life is my family! I have an amazing husband and two wonderful little girls!! I cherish all of the time we get to spend together and I feel so grateful to be able to do something I love and also have the flexibility to make my family my first priority. We love exploring new places and spending time with friends.

If I could eat out every night I would. Manicures make me feel refreshed and champagne makes my night! Cheers!
