Caryl Lyons is the founder of ROAR events, a company that has brought to life tons of events, from large high-tech conferences to exclusive and intimate gatherings. She has over 27 years as an event planner and is using her experience to help new planners make their mark on the industry.

She also launched an educational platform for those who want to enter or improve their corporate events planning game – called ROAR Playbook. Event planners looking for the perfect space for a meeting, a banquet or a party can also use her app called Capacity.
