I'm so pleased to welcome Sarah Pete Rizzi to the podcast today. Sarah is a total business powerhouse and I really enjoyed our conversation about how she runs two businesses, her thoughts on marketing and her tips for reaching + being inclusive of LGBTQ couples.

Sarah Pete Rizzi is the owner of Sincerely Pete, a boutique wedding company based in Washington, DC that cultivates purposeful and beautiful weddings for equality-minded couples as well as providing consulting and mentorship services to industry professionals. She is the co-founder of Wanderlust Wedding Co, a destination travel and wedding planning company offering expertise in planning events all over the world. She also advises and serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Goodshuffle.com, an online event rental marketplace.

A 16 year veteran of the hospitality industry, with 13 of those years in weddings and a wide range of events, she loves bringing together logistics and design but more so to create events that are relationship focused and personally curated to each couple and client. Sarah Pete loves being able to relate to people of all walks of life including same-sex wedding couples who, like herself, want to see themselves more fully represented in the wedding industry.
